Okay. So I've had some time to read over the manual, and it looks like the power supply has been completely removed. I've heard these things crap out. Does anyone know where I can get a drop-in, replacement, OEM power supply? I really don't want to go with an aftermarket rack mount PSU. Any and all leads would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all.

I realize this is an old thread but if you never figured this out...this is what I know...

The MX1688 originally came with an internal power supply. In subsequent production runs this was changed to an external power supply, which used (2) XLR connectors to connect to the Carvin PSM88 Power Supply. You may have one of those models...or perhaps the previous owner changed out the internal supply for an external one...that’s what I did....
